Akuntabilitas Organisasi Nirlaba: Analisis dalam Metafora Empat Sifat Rasul

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisa eksploratif terhadap praktek akuntabilitas pada organisasi nirlaba dengan sudut pandang empat nilai sifat Rasul. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam serta dokumentasi, yang didapatkan dari tujuh organisasi nirlaba. Model analisis menggunakan pendekatan Miles dan Huberman dengan tiga tahapan utama yaitu tahapan reduksi, penyajian data dan terakhir tahap pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap pengurus yayasan atau organisasi telah menjalankan praktek akuntabilitas pada entitasnya secara tanpa disadari. Setiap organisasi menunjukkan tercapainya indikator dalam memenuhi empat nilai sifat Rasul yaitu nilai kejujuran (sidiq), nilai kepercayaan (amanah), nilai keterbukaan (tabligh) dan nilai intelektual (fathonah). Hasil ini menunjukkan pentingnya akuntabilitas dengan adaptasi empat nilai sifat Rasul untuk dimiliki oleh setiap pengelola atau pengurus organisasi

PERANCANGAN MODEL EKONOMI KREATIF 5.0 BERBASIS DIGITAL SOCIAL INNOVATION

Shifts in social, community, economic and cultural life continue to occur following the development of the digital world. This study aims to design a model for the development of the creative economy in the era of society 5.0 in Indonesia. The research method uses literature study with four main stages, namely library data search, information identification, comparative analysis, and in-depth analysis and conclusion analysis. The design of the model uses the Digital Social Innovation (DSI) framework approach which emphasizes the combination of three forming elements, namely digitalization, innovation, and social. The results of this study provide an overview of the creative economy development model as the main actor that can solve social problems in society through the use of technology. In the era of society 5.0, creative economy actors must have the sensitivity to feel, identify, and map social problems so that they are able to generate ideas, strategies, and innovate appropriate solutions supported by the use of digital technology

Perancangan Model Sistem E-Working Paper Berbasis Web Untuk Peningkatan Kualitas Proses Audit

Audit memiliki peranan yang sangat signifikan dalam mengontrol proses bisnis di berbagai sektor. Dalam artikel ini permasalahan utama dari proses audit adalah masih rendahnya efisiensi dan efektifitas praktek audit saat ini di Indonesia. Keterbatasan teknologi informasi menjadi satu kunci utama yang menyebabkan kurang maksimalnya proses audit. Masih kurangnya ditemukan pengembangan sistem audit berbasis digital dan terintegrasi yang dapat diterapkan di Indonesia. Permasalahan seperti mahalnya biaya lisensi sebuah aplikasi sistem audit dari luar negeri akhirnya memaksa banyak auditor untuk bertahan menggunakan sistem audit berbasis dekstop yang sangat terbatas. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini memberikan analisa model untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem kertas kerja audit elektronik berbasis WEB yang akan meningkatkan kualitas proses audit di Indonesia tanpa membutuhkan biaya lisensi yang tinggi. ANALYSIS OF VILLAGE ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION SYSTEM MODELS TO IMPROVE GOOD PUBLIC GOVERNANCE

This study aims to analyze and design the modeling of the village administration information system. This design aims to improve the quality of village governance because the village government is the foremost representative in the state order that is very close to people's lives. The research method uses Research and Development, while the analysis model uses the Business Process Management System (BPMS) framework. The research stage starts with problem analysis, then describes the business process for submitting village documents, next is process modeling, and finally, conclusion analysis. The study results indicate that the application of the village administration information system described in this research model is proven to facilitate the administrative process and village governance and improve government and community institutions' control and supervision functions. These positive impacts have implications for improving the practice of Good Public Governance, including democracy, transparency, accountability, legal culture, and fairness and equality
